1Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Gira Business Development, a Florida S corporation ("GIRA," "we," "us"). They cover your purchase and use of the masterclass Another App Won't Fix It, its worksheets, and the portal at learn.workingwithericka.com.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy.
2What you are buying
You are buying access to a self-paced, pre-recorded masterclass: five video modules and the worksheets that go with them. It is delivered online through the portal. Nothing is shipped.
- Access starts right away. You get your login as soon as payment clears.
- Access lasts for as long as we offer the masterclass, and for at least 12 months from your purchase. If we ever retire it, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to download your worksheets.
- We may update the content. We may fix, re-record or add lessons. You get those updates at no charge.
- One person, one login. Your access is for you. Do not share your login.
3Payment and no refunds
The price is the one shown at checkout, in US dollars, paid in full at purchase.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits, including if you do not finish the masterclass, change your mind, or decide it was not what you expected. The masterclass is digital and you get full access the moment you pay, so it cannot be returned.
We will fix two things, because they are our mistake, not your choice:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase. We refund the duplicate charge.
- You paid but cannot get into the masterclass, and we cannot fix it within 5 business days of you telling us. We refund your purchase.
For either one, email [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is almost always faster.
4What the masterclass is, and what it is not
It is education. It teaches you how to evaluate, choose and supervise business technology.
- It is not professional advice for your specific business. That includes legal, financial, tax, security and compliance advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.
- We do not guarantee results. Outcomes depend on your business, your tools and what you do with the material. We make no promise about revenue, savings, email deliverability or any other result.
- We never touch your systems. Anything you change in your software, domain or accounts, you do yourself, at your own risk. Back up before you change anything.
- Prices and features of other companies' products change. Anything we say about a third-party tool reflects what we saw when we recorded it. Check the vendor's current terms before you buy.
5Optional services and offers
Nothing below is required. The masterclass stands on its own.
- Free worksheet review. One 15-minute review per buyer, booked online, with your completed worksheets uploaded when you book. We read your worksheets and tell you which work is yours to do and which is not. It is not a setup session, and we do not work inside your systems on the call. If you cannot find a time, email [email protected] with the subject "Need a time slot."
- The Guided Engagement (Tier 1). Five working sessions with our team, sold separately under its own written agreement. If you buy it before you finish the masterclass, you get the masterclass buyer price shown at checkout. After you finish, the standard price applies.
- Build discount (Tier 2). When you finish the masterclass, you get 15% off a done-for-you build if you sign within 30 days of finishing. It applies to build work only, never to ongoing management or retainers, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Buying the Guided Engagement does not extend or restart this window.
Any paid service we provide after the masterclass is governed by its own agreement, and that agreement's terms control that service. We may change these offers for future buyers. The terms in place when you bought the masterclass apply to you.
6Our financial relationships
We tell you when we could earn money from a tool we mention.
- GoHighLevel pays GIRA a commission when a client signs up through our link. You pay the same price either way.
- We are not paid to recommend any product, and the masterclass does not tell you which tool to buy.
- If this list changes, we update these terms.
7Your license and our content
The videos, worksheets, frameworks and other materials belong to GIRA. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business.
You may fill in, print and keep your worksheets, and share your completed worksheets with your own team or advisors. You may not:
- Share your login, or let anyone else use your account
- Download, record, copy or redistribute the videos
- Resell, republish or teach the materials, or use them to create a competing course or service
If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund.
8Liability, law and contact
- Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, GIRA's total liability to you for anything related to the masterclass is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
- If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
